♡ Notify us if you change the name to something else (leave blank if not)
♡ Enter your company and contact details at the checkout in the boxes requested - we will use what you enter EXACTLY as you enter it so please ensure these are filled in as you would like them to appear on the labels
♡ Please note these are purchasable extras so will be made in addition to any free labels at the time of order

♡ Precautionary statements are not included as standard (avoid breathing vapour/wear protective clothing etc) 
♡ We accept no responsibility for inaccurate information in supplier CLP documentation. 
♡ Please note the weight of the product should be somewhere on your packaging but we do not include this on CLP labels purely as space is limited on the majority.
